1. The equipment list
List each item by brand and model, with quantity. You can build a shortlist on the site with the inquiry list and send it with your request. If you are unsure, describe the job instead — for example “two-group espresso machine for a café” — and browse commercial espresso machines, grinders, brewers and water filtration to narrow it down.
2. Where it is going

3. Power and installation details
Commercial espresso machines and grinders must match your site’s electrical supply. Tell us your voltage and phase if you know it, whether you have a plumbed water line and drain, and any space limits on the bar. Your electrician and plumber should confirm the site before installation.
4. Water
If you have a water test or report, include it. It helps match filtration to your machine and protects the boiler.
5. Volume and use
Expected drinks per day and peak hour help confirm the machine size and grinder count. Read 1, 2 or 3 group machines and how to choose a commercial grinder if you are still deciding.
6. Timing and business details
